In my pursuit of conventional success, marked by financial prosperity, a thriving career, and a loving family, I faced invisible challenges. Beneath my achievements lurked burnout, depression, anxiety, and chronic body pain.
I sought solutions from medical professionals, conventional and unconventional therapies, and wisdom across various disciplines.
Despite the new knowledge, classes, tests & treatments, I was only finding inconsistent and temporary relief. If I was going to experience lasting improvement, I had to dig inside myself, keep asking the difficult questions, stay curious, practice, and never give up.
Distilling and applying lessons from each of my experiences, I began to integrate my knowledge into achieving significant life results. Now more than a decade later, my physical, mental, and emotional daily reality has transformed from a delicate fragility into a rock-solid foundation.
