GETTING STARTED
Optimization in Progress
“I believe great health and wellness comes from a deep understanding of people, data and science. Our body and minds are complex and should be worked on by those who study the whole system. Not afraid to be wrong if it moves the ball forward.”
— Dr. Jordan Schlain
As a client-centered insight coach, I bridge the customary gaps prevalent in specialist-only settings, with a focus on driving transformative, lifestyle behavioral change.
Together, let’s embark and progress on a transformative journey to create positive changes in your personal and professional life.
Increasing awareness of what’s no longer working, what you want to change, and learning to redefine your strengths and weaknesses.
Learning to focus your attention on what matters the most – taking care of your health, relationships, and your financial stability
Developing a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and life fulfillment

Our coaching programs includes the following modules:
Knowledge and practice of foundational health including sleep, breath, movement, nutrition, community, hydration, and thought. Where we invest our physical energy has a direct impact over cognition and emotion.
Reflective Inquiry and Embodiment coaching with emphasis on awareness, attention, emotion, choice, and action. Where we direct our mental energy has a direct impact over our physical and emotional health.

Feel burnt out, anxious, physically unfit, isolated or alone, and emotionally fragile.
Feel like they’re working hard and physically present for their family, but are actually emotionally detached and just ‘going through the motions’ day after day.
Are highly intelligent and even an expert in their fields but feel like they can’t trust themselves in other important life areas such as relationships, personal health, or finance.
Never feel “good enough” and this comes out as alternating cycles of envy, jealousy, anger, anxiety, frustration, and even self-hatred.
Are experiencing low energy, a lack of motivation, and don’t really believe that things can change anymore in their life.
Experience regular sickness or downtime or increased physical pains and injuries.
Are mentally suffering in the “rat race” and “living with” the life you’ve established. Immense pressure to keep up outward appearances.
